Introduction

Personal Data
Overview
Personal data is all kinds of information that to a certain extent may be attributed to you. When you use our website, we collect and process such information. For instance, this takes place whenever our content is accessed, if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in contests or surveys, register as a user or make purchases through our web shop.
Typically, the following types of information is collected and processed: An ID uniquely identifying your session and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP address, geographical location, and which pages you have accessed. To the extent that you explicitly agree to this and enter the information yourself, the following are also processed: Name, telephone number, e-mail account, address and payment information. This will typically happen in when creating a login or purchasing.
Security
We process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable Danish and EU laws, including the Personal Data Ordinance and the Data Protection Act
Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when that purpose is fulfilled or no longer relevant.
Period of storage
The information is stored for the period permitted by law, and Mixitoy deletes it as soon as it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the purpose of storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.
Disclosure
Mixitoy shares your personal information with third parties whenever necessary for us. For example, we use Woocommerce as a platform for our web shop, Mailchimp to publish newsletters, Freepay and NETS to handle the payment process and Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the website for continuous improvement of the user experience.
These companies use the information solely on our behalf and are not permitted to share the information or use it for their own purposes.
The companies have their own privacy policies, and we recommend that you read these by visiting their websites.
If you leave our website and is redirected to a third-party website, our privacy policy will no longer apply, but the policy of the third party concerned.
Mixitoy is not responsible for the privacy policies of third parties.
Insight and complaints
You have the right to receive information regarding which data we process about you in a standard format (data portability). You may also at any time object to the use of this information. You may also revoke your consent for information about you to be processed. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. Inquiries about this may be directed to info@mixitoy.com. If you wish to complain about our processing of your personal data, you may contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.
