Delivery and return of goods
We offer shipping to all countries in the EU shipping fee is approximately EUR 20 (for shipping prices in Denmark, please see our site in Danish).
Delivery time: 2-6 days if the item is in stock.
Delivery time Posters: 3-7 days.
We ship with GLS, and once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to keep track on your delivery.
Return of goods
Right of cancellation
A purchase may be returned within 14 days.
The period is calculated from the day of delivery of the order.
For Christmas sales, Mixitoy shall accept returned goods until 15 January.
If the customer wishes to cancel an order, notice must be given to Mixitoy no later than 14 days after the item has been received. The item must be returned no later than 14 days after the date of cancellation. An email message containing a cancellation must be forwarded to email@example.com. The message must clearly state that the customer wishes to exercise his right of cancellation.
The customer shall pay the return shipping. Remember to ask for a receipt for the shipment.
Warning! The customer may not return a product by refusing receipt or by omitting to pick up a consignment at the parcel shop.
If a refund has been agreed, please forward your bank details in order for Mixitoy to be able to transfer the agreed amount.
Return of goods
When you return a product, you may follow these steps:
- Make sure the product you want to return meets the return criteria below.
- Fill out the cancellation form that you received with the items.

- Pack the product together with the cancellation form. Please note; if you are shipping an item valued more than EUR 70, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase a shipping insurance.

When goods is returned, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods is forwarded in its original packaging, and that the goods appears unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
Please, note that if these criteria are not met, the product is considered to be in a used condition and we are thus unable to reimburse the full amount.
Mixitoy do its best to pack your order correctly, but if your delivery is not identical to your order, please contact us at email@example.com or tel. +45 2231 0980 as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have received your goods.
If you have received an incorrect item, you may either have the correct item forwarded to you (if it is in stock), or have the amount refunded.
When you return an incorrect delivery, you must enclose the cancellation form (Cancellation form) together with a copy of your receipt. Mixitoy will pay the freight for incorrect deliveries.
The incorrectly delivered goods must be returned to Mixitoy within 14 days of receipt.
